1、用壓縮空氣或手動(dòng)吹風(fēng)機(jī)吹凈電動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)部灰塵、電刷粉末等，污垢雜物。

2、拆除與電動(dòng)機(jī)連接的一切接線，用絕緣電阻表測(cè)量繞組對(duì)機(jī)座的絕緣電阻。若小于0．5MΩ時(shí)，應(yīng)進(jìn)行烘干處理，測(cè)量合格后再將拆除的接線恢復(fù)。
